SHIPPING via DHL

Available items are usually shipped within 1-3 days.

Immediately after your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from us with your parcel number and a link to track your shipment with the parcel service you have chosen. Here you can track the progress of your shipment and also view the estimated delivery date.

For deliveries within Germany, orders over 100€ are free of shipping costs.*

Below this amount, the shipping flat rate for Germany is 5.95 €.

*Exceptions:

For island deliveries, a general island surcharge of 14.95 € applies per order.

**All deliveries to Switzerland (goods and shipping costs) are made without charging German VAT. Due to complex customs formalities that we cannot provide, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible up to a net sum (goods including shipping costs) of 999.99 €. The shipping costs of 13.95 € include the cost of shipping and export customs clearance. All other costs are borne by the recipient.
